2120 Virtual are specialists 3D modelling, animations, video and film production.

We produce multimedia solutions for all types of presentations & marketing applications.

There is an ever increasing demand from clients wishing to combine stills and animations with video including dynamic titles, music and voiceovers. We have produced a number of these for a varied range of market sectors including manufacturing, engineering, leisure, food and hospitality.

Jono Mawford

Jono graduated in Environmental Design at UCS, Ipswich. He has worked extensively in the exhibition industry, having designed award-winning stands for major blue-chip clients as well as implementation designer for a number of central features for national and international trade shows. Moving into commercial interiors, he was creative design director on a number of interiors such as the Tearooms at Hampton Court Palace and prestigious restaurant designs for the University sector.

From his other specialism in virtual 3D imagery and animations, editing, film and video then became an integral part of the workflow and has now evolved into the primary specialism of the Company. Having a CertEd in Education, Jono has also lectured on a design degree course at UCS Bury, so can provide valuable knowledge for e-learning and LMS productions.

Jono is primarily responsible for creative direction and client liaison, as well as 3D imagery and animation work.

Martin Bates

martin_batesMartin also graduated in Environmental Design at UCS, Ipswich. He has worked for Ransomes, a major manufacturing Company in Ipswich in their technical support department. He became shift leader and then became web designer and developer, for the Company’s website. With an ever burning passion for photography and film, Martin then became an independent consultant to develop his own client base, as well as taking on all of Ransomes film and editing requirements.

He joined forces with Jono in 2006 to combine their expertise and provide clients with a one stop shop for imagery, animation and film requirements.

Martin is responsible for production filming and editing, as well as photography and everything technical! There’s not a lot that Martin doesn’t know about all things gadgetty!

Nathan Terry

Nathan graduated in Lens-based Digital Media at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. He has worked for West Suffolk College Art & Design faculty as chief technician in technical support and software demonstration. Having gained his PGCE in Further Education he now teaches a range of creative disciplines across the art department and is the Course Director for Photography and Lens based Media.

He joined Jono and Martin in 2008. Nathan provides editing support and offers expertise in photographic direction, graphic layout and design, sound, special effects and motion graphics.
